3. All orders to be delivered complete and on time, but as you know things can go wrong, however, if that is the case, you will be told immediately & truthfully of the current situation, and kept updated.

4. All goods ordered will be charged at those prices quoted, there will be no charges for carriage, unless informed at the time of ordering.

5. No goods on regular orders will be substituted for other inferior items. Any item not to standard will be credited straight away. It is you the Customer who comes First, should you not be completely satisfied with our service then please inform us without delay
